Wouldn't it be easier to delete his account and block his IP address and/or email address? I know it won't help much if he has a dynamic IP but maybe it will stop him for a little while?

this hit has been moderated since the day when a faker (I think nokian73) made a triple out of it and his notes were deleted a day afterwards
