I repeat my opinion: we need to change registration process: we need that people insert a valid mail address so to send a mail asking confirmation of the registration like 99% of the other sites.

As tram-love stated in his profile he enters the city where he spent the notes, not where he got it!

He is doing this behaviour for a long time and it is annoying, but the notes themselves look real.
