I have scaned some euro notes, I just used an old scaner ;)

i now have the biljet on my mobilefone on the dutch form i ask for someone that can put it in a privemassage so i can send it to a moderator

Instructions for sending the proof have been sent to Mrfeanfan.
He says he has proof that the bills he entered are real. Please do not judge too soon.

As stated by hadibe it may as well have been a typo by Schach. So even when Mrfeanfan sent us the picture of his bill(s) this is absolutely no proof that Schach deliberately entered wrong bills!

According to mrfeanfan, Schach will just have transposed two of the back digits.

Hallo zusammen,

erstmal Entschuldigung, das ich nur auf Deutsch antworte (but my English ist to bad).

Nach meinen Meinung ist auch die Eingabe von mir richtig. Auf einer Seite von "Androl" kann man den Shortcode überprüfen. Hierbei kam für einen 10 € :note-10: Schein mit der eingegebenen Nummer auch der von mir erfasste Shordcode als richtig heraus.

Vielleicht handelt es sich um einige der wenigen doppelt vergebenen Nummern? Der Schein wurde von mir vor ca. 3 Jahre eingetragen. Wie ich nun nachgeschaut habe, hatte ich in dieser Zeit noch mehr :note-10: Scheine aus Belgien mit dem Shortcode wie der von mir eingegebene.

Vielleicht wissen einige unserer Spezialisten mit "Androl" oder "Habide" darüber Bescheid wann, welche Serien in dem Umlauf kamen und ob es doppelte Nummer gibt?

Hello everybody,

First of all my apologies for answering in German. My English is too bad.

I believe that my entry is good too. On Androl's website is a tool where you can test for the right shortcode. Here the shortcode of my entry came out as a valid shortcode.

Maybe this is one of the few re-used serialnumbers? The bill was entered by me three years ago. I have checked and it shows that I have entered more :note-10: bills with the similar shortcode/serialnumber combinations around the same time.

Maybe our specialists like Hadibe or Androl can tell us which series were put in circulation around which time and if there are re-used serialnumbers?

I wish all of you much fun entering bills and lots of hits too!!

Concerning the Schach Mrfeanfan debate:

If one of you exchanged the last two digits by error - nobody can say which one is the right serial. As far as I know the printers print 100 notes at a single position (meaning A999AA) and than advance to the next code. Hence the last three digits can be exchanged without changing the shortcode (assuming the last digit is none-zero)

Wenn einer von euch die letzten beiden Ziffern versehentlich vertauscht hat, kann keiner sagen, welche Nummer die Richtige ist. Soweit ich weiss, werden von den Druckern immer 100 Scheine an einer Plattenposition gedruckt (A999AA), woraufhin die nächste Position an die Reihe kommt. Somit können die letzten drei Ziffern der Serienummer vertauscht werden, ohne dass dies den Shortcode ändern würde (angenommen die letzte Ziffer ist nicht null).

Unfortunately this bill was printed in Belgium, so you can exchange some digits more.
For German notes your explanation would be okay. :wink:

The series of Belgian :note-10: are much bigger than 100 notes. When I check my list of them it seems that any two of the last SEVEN (or maybe even eight) digits can be switched without affecting the shortcode
