Please moderate this hit https://fi.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=102242365" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; as well as all the others which I may have with this user.

I spent the weekend in Germany and told about EBT to several people there. It seems that at least one of them has joined, but unfortunately (s)he still has some of my notes in their possession.

Are these hits really interesting? Why aren't they moderated?

Another month later, and I still wonder: do these hits REALLY qualify as interesting hits?

Sorry, do you mean "public note" or "hit in series"?
The comment from Spanish user means "Received in an establishment"

i could add another hit between uschel and ramskopf and between 50cents and fabig to the list.

also i found 11 (presumably) friendly hits between rüdi55 and luvo60.

Come on, come on, no reason to flame just for that  : in my opinion this is not a meeting hit (it was done while the meeting was finished) , but Phaseolus is going to give us his exact definition of "meeting hit", and we will see how many other hits need to be moderated.

If you want to know the whole story, I entered in this press shop because I was looking for "the Economist", after all it was a press shop just in front of an international railway station, but no international press there, so I asked to the man if he was interested in some :note-5: , I gave him 8 and he gave me 2 x :note-20: .
One of those :note-20: was a bill that an-128 tracked the morning before; probably he brought this note the morning before, buying something waiting for the starting of the meeting.
This is what looks probable, but it is not 100% sure: an-128 used a :note-20: also for buying the ticket Eupen-Liège. I was in the Eupen station 1 h after an-128, and I saw some people buying tickets and receiving some :note-20: as change: one was a rail-pass, so surely it was not this guy**, but another one bought a week-end ticket to Liège (Eupen railway station is very little, so it is easy to know what people are buying)... how can we exclude that the :note-20: from an-128 didn't get to Liège in that way?
Okay, I guess that the first explanation is the more probable, but it is not the only one.

**with the rail-pass every travel coasts 7,40E, and Eupen-Liège is cheaper: no sense to use a rail-pass between those two stations.
