has it still sense to ONLY delete the notes of that hacker ?
his IP address should be blocked the one or other way (if it is possible with the software of the system)

do fakers when losing there bills, also lose there advanced or expert status if they get minus 100 or mines 10 too?

If not, might be considered. something like a cool down period.. notes can be entered but only one by one.

Harder to sport fake entry's then though.

Since the cleaning team as the goal of keeping the database intact, I understand their choice of deleting false insertions, and not "punishing" users. This is a hobby anyway.
Having said that, and agreeing we should not be discussing penalties or disciplinary actions, something must be done in the particular cases of users that insist and persist in corrupting the database.
One such measure could be removing them from the statistics. I.e., their accounts would still "work", but their name would not appear on city/country/daily rankings. All Hits would also be automatically moderated. In practice this would decouple them from the database.
I know this implies a significant amount of work, but unfortunately current measures seem not to be having the desired effect (and a waste of time for the cleaning team).

I understand you don't have superpowers to change the system over night, but how about wiping his bills every morning, for a week? You just need to set-up a remimder on Outlook or Google Calendar.

But then again, maybe he doesn't quit, and this way at least it is "contained", you know where the fake bills are.
Vilinhas is a more serious troublemaker. He fakes bills and locations.

The first user is an user that, in the past, did many fake hits (if my memory is right).
The second user is a new one: 17 notes and 1 hit... and what a hit!

Maybe I am in mistake, but I am a little doubtful about this hit

But (if I remember correctly) Royal King is a notes-collector who buy and sell notes using some internet sites.
Maybe the second user bought the notes in this way, or maybe he found the serial numbers simply looking for them on the web with a search engine.

But in both cases, they seem to be not interesting hits.
