Copy n paste the bills? Well that would be truly a lot of work. So what about programming a little program that reads your csv data and puts it into the database?? Thanks to the api this is just pushing a single button... He has to enter email and password once a lifetime - you to pick up his nick every cleaning event.

After the second delition you had more work with him than he with you

Ok, but that requires that someone is possible to write such a programm.
Fortunatly most of the fakers are not even capable to use a spreadsheet makro

Maybe I'm seeing ghosts, but the pattern is quite interesting. Self invented serials? You don't need to have a degree in rocket science to get a hit with that guy.

Generating serials by cyclic rotation? I love the idea. However, I'd loved it more when he did it by permutation. He could have had a thousands notes today (or to be precise 11!-1+1 = 39.916.800-1+1) as he changed the zero digit to nine when it finally reached the end of the serial. We could have had millions of hits with him. Well like this the final score is only 16. Man, why can't the fakers start to think ?

The second user in this triple hit (j.hagedoorn@orange.nl): same location as the third user, entered it same date and almost same time, same initials and only entered 8 notes all at the 16th January.

One user is testing?

(or maybe he first forgot his login and found it back again within an hour?)
