city managers can't change users entries so we only subsumed those locations (write wrongly) to the correct profiles.

Only note owner can change his entries editing his notes or asking to support team to do it

Hello dear EBT-ers, I have a question for you, but I am not sure whether I should ask it here or not. I have been looking in the forum and I think this might be the correct place to post this.

Well, my question is: What shall I do whenever I spend a €-note in a place without Postal Code? and whose "surroundings" don't have any Postal Code either

I searched in the internet and come up with an official source saying that that place has NOT postal code.

I would like to "put my dot" in the correct place, or at least within a few kilometers of distance from there. Any suggestion? does anyone know any webpage that I can use to help me? is there another solution?---> for instance, may it be enough if I put correctly the name of the city and country, and then send an e-mail to the EBT-support?

I think the last one is the best option, but I preffer posting here first so that you can also advice me before I mess it up

Is it a country without postal codes, like Ireland? There they add the county as a PC. If it's part of a bigger entity, then I guess the PC of the bigger entity will also be used for the smaller place.

Well, the country which the territory belongs to, is in south America

You can enter your lacation without any post codes, coordinates will point to the city center of your new location

Just spend your notes wherever you want, but don't forget to enter the location where you get your notes.

last week i enterd notes from 1043 VRT belgium ( vrije radio en televisie ) * ( free radio and television ) the television station has its own postal code i looked it up . both 1043 BRUSSELS and 1043 VRT can be used when u would be sending a letter

today while i was having a look at the profile it sends me to Unknown city

it would be to nice to be put under Unknown city

I subsumed Vrt to Unknown city profile as it's not a real location imho.

So you can change your location from Vrt to Bruxelles writing in the comment you received those notes at Vrt radio
