According to the comment, at least for the 3 first ones, the URL of EBT was written on the notes. Maybe Limburg1971 had the habit of marking them

But I would say that Limburg1971 had been stolen an old list of his notes. I don't believe that he is the one to blame.

IF Limburg1971 really had written the URL on the notes (and I don't believe that), I doubt that they kept in circulation for such a long time. And second, IF I do register to EBT and the first note is a hit by chance, then I would certainly immediately enter all the notes I can find.

Yes, I've had a few with my URL'ed bills - but they are very rare and NOT within just a few days: THAT (and the more than 3000 days) is quite suspicious.
