It's quite easy to add a new country - but unfortinatly the postal code system of Malta is a bit complicated. The program isn't able to recognize postalcodes starting with ATD, BZN, BGR and so on. If somebody has a list of all villages and town in a Local Council, it might be possible to write a file to calculate the number of Local Councils that has been visited.

Well, might be a bit to much info at such an early stage of the euro-era of Malta.

Happy tracking and greetings from The Netherlands
I think we will be able to help you with that. We can link postcodes with local councils I think. What do the other Maltese here think?

I found the link for all location names entered on Malta.

Locations on East dot of Malta
Locations on North West dot of Malta
Locations on South West dot of Malta

read here more about dothunting, on the EuroBillTracker Statistics section of this forum

If we could find out to what Local Council these locations belong - I can set up a file for Malta to use in NIG

Hi, I'd like to know who amongst the Maltese EBt-users could help me contacting a Maltese journalist for giving your "Maltese" first impression about EBT.

I have the name of the journalist, it's telephone : I have already discussed with him and he is willing to write an article about EBT.

Please send me a PM if someone is willing to help me !

Well I feel sorry for you, as without communication in Malta, you will not get many hits...

I finished my first version of the codes for the Local Councils of Malta. This file is to be used with NIG (NoteInfoGeneretor) (see also forum thread of NIG).

Simply download my file into the same directory as the other NIG files.... and see what happens (I don't know if any Maltese user uses NIG at all  )

I've you find any errors - don't hasitate to contact me.

Greatings, yli
