I was looking for another sign, but I found this:
A smaller variant:
Why I don't bike anymore:
When I went biking once,
I met a woman,
and we romp with each other
until she reached excitement.
First she opened one leg,
after that the other one
I found my way
She praised my length
and weight.
After some to and fro
in different styles
and speedings
we reached 'the point of no return'
She stopped and screamed suddenly!
She said, she had forgotten the pil.
My excitement was gone
9 months later she called from the hospital
to tell I became a father.
My world collapsed.
In future I'll go on foot!!!!
But I also found some others:
"Situation has been changed"
The one I was originally looking for was this sign:
(translation: "apply also for other colors")
