I am also coming I have booked mij flight bij Austrian Airlines (cheap rates in totat € 117,00 flying from Amsterdam that´s a bargain I believe) From Thursday Morning till monday morning i am there.
Vienna is a nice city to visit (when i was 12 haha, i am convinced that´s still nice).
A place to sleep that is not a problem to find something/somehow

Ok, my holidays have been approved. thus I will be there (unless something stupid/unexpected like for W-EBTM happens).

At first this was a week after my summer holiday, but because one Mad donna is on tour I postponed it for a week. So no is turning into a maybe...

August is still far away, but I know it'll be a bit problematic to arrange any extra days off then. Therefore, although I'll do my best to be there the whole prolonged weekend, I'd like to know what I'll miss if I can't make it on Thursday or Friday.

And again, the organising committee seems to be trustworthy and enthusiastic and I know you'll do it anyway, but would you please publish even a rough plan as soon as you know it? Is the Bratislava trip included in the basic program, or does it require an extra day?

According to my plans, I should be in Spain at that time of the year, so I have to miss the meeting.
