It was kinkkukiusaus. I couldn't find that in a dictionary, it's made of ham, potatoes and cream.

and you will find a lot of words in South, West of East Germany. In Germany it is very difficult to name special food.

By the way my lunch today was "Auflauf" What the correct word in english, I think souffle is not right.

It is made with potatoes in slice, broccoli, minced meat and cheese. My kids don´t like it, but my husband and me do.

My dictionary calls it "pudding" - not to be confused with the German "Pudding" which is custard.

"Auflauf" in Dutch is 'soufflé' (I looked it up )
But it's not in my English dictionary...
