I doubt that this is a picture of a banknote.
and by the way, they write that the chips were in notes printed after 2005, but the "hole euro" note in the picture is a note printed before 2002
I think this is just yet another panic making site

Well I read some lines of the article and I remember a similar discussion herer in the Forum. I could find it here:

Now the real funny thing: This post was written in 2004 and not edited since. It shows the same picture as the polish site which claims the same note to be printed after 2005.
Finally they claim those chips to be run at a frequency of some 2.45GHz - a frequency known for bluetooth usage? Does the ECB like inteferences?
Oh yeah that's really cool - I gonna buy a bluetooth stick and scan the enviroment for lost notes. Im gonna getta rich man!
