Portuguese postal codes and missing coordinates

You're always welcome. Cascais should be on the map, now, as should all Portuguese locations with more than 4 bills entered. CTT's web site is working fine for me: I use it as a tool, sometimes, when Maporama is unable to find the post code in their database. It's not the post codes we need, it's the coordinates for them I'm sorry about the nickname mess. Now, I know better.
