Hallo, I don't know if I will participate because at the beginning of March I have got an important work meeting, but I will try.
Around 15-20 January I will be able to say yes or no.

I'll be there. PM comes this evening.

Thanks to everyone for joining the winter-EBTM. For the ones who are not sure yet, please let us know as soon as possible
so that we can arrange the hotel rooms in time.

Also to the persons who did not announce their presence yet, please let us know as soon as possible.

i will be attending some parts of the meeting, but can't give you the exact dates, times, & places.....
not even sure if i will stay in the hotel or not....
not yet anyway.

Hello, Rob! I will be at the meeting, I only need a couple of informations.

You wrote that on March 12 there is a trip planned to the city of Nijmegen : what time (approx) are you going to arrive in Nijmegen?
Because having a look to the timetables, I can arrive in Nijmegen railway station at 8;22... I hope it is OK for joining the group.
On Sunday 13th there is the trip to Arnhem. Probably I will leave from this city around 16;00-17;00.

Are my horaries compatible with the organization? Let me know if I have to correct them. If they are OK, I will sleep in the common hotel in the night between Saturday and Sunday, and of course I will send you the PM with all my data.

Of course this is possible. We will arrive in Nijmegen in the morning, but the exact time is not known yet.
Probably this will be later than 8:22, so you should be alright.

The night for Saturday is possible and costs €89,- (All inclusive).
We have look for Sunday, maybe you have better connections from Xanten (Germany)?
Al tough it is of course still possible to leave from Arnhem.

For the moment, about 20 people will attend to the meeting.

I am sure we are going to have fun!

Boohoo, our yearly company outing will be held from 11 to 13 March, so I won't be able to attend the meeting

I'll join the first day at Nijmegen. Sadly, sunday isn't possible.

Happy to announce that W-EBTM 2011 will be the first international meeting I will attend. I will stay from Friday till Monday in the hotel.
