For a "Winter meeting" the guideline is January/February/March, because otherwise it's not "Winter" anymore. And it would be too close to the Summer-meeting 2016.

I understand January and February is too soon for being organized properly, but please not so far in April.
Because the "winter meeting" in 2012 in Frankfurt was late in the season, there was hardly space to organize the Summer meeting. That's why it's preferred to keep the date as close as possible to the real winter.

BTW: this (and maybe also coming) candidacy(s) will be discussed in the meeting of 6th December.
So you've got until then to post another candidacy.

You will have enough problems in the next years to organize a meeting at all.

ok, earlyer is posible to (middle of march), but the most import now is, the date of meeting an is a meeting in
Dublin. I can´t say sure without a date ,,,

Anything new about this meeting in Ireland? If there are organizers and the date for the meeting, why should we not see in Ireland next time?

Well, there is too much money on out bank now, so we need to book a holiday If dates will be fixed soon for Dublin, that would be nice destination for our holiday (including 1 night stop in Copenhagen). And about dates, anything in March and first weekend in April would be ok for me and Lizbeth, later in April not, nor February.

A few weeks ago I wrote a PM to an Irish user asking whether she would be interested in organising a summer meeting in Ireland, but did not get any reply from here. Depending on dates, I would consider joining... being a winter or summer meeting, I dont care.

The candacy of Dublin has been approved now by the Board-meeting.

Now that Dublin is confirmed, the meeting will be in the weekend of 02-03/April/2016?
(I'm just asking, to start to book vacations, flights, hotels, ...)
