I have the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Germany, Austria. I also have
Italy, but I don't know if I should count it in, because I am the user who
entered the concerning
bill in Italy (it came from my parents' holiday, they
took it to the Netherlands).
And unfortunately the Dominican Republic doesn't count...

Hits from only one country: Finland.
PS. Euro area is not the United States of Europe, but a group of countries. Therefore I would not call the member countries as "states". Moreover, Germany and Austria have many states.
