Same here in Leuven(Belgium). Last saturday it also snowed a bit, but it was soon gone.

35-40 cm snow here in Rovaniemi,

Today it is a nice day. Clear and -17 C.
I took this picture from my balcony today.

It was about 11.30, but not very sunny. :wink:

Lisbon = 0 :(

In Portugal, you only get snow up North, in Serra da Estrela and in some nearby villages and cities (Guarda, Viseu, Covilhã, etc).

I'm leaving to New York on December, 27th, for two-week holiday. I hope I can get some snow there!

Yes, I am very happy with it too. I hate it when the days get shorter (with you in the north it is even worse than here in the Netherlands)

@airis

nice picture again. I really envie the view you have. The red in the picture, is this the famous "northern light" we allways hear about?

Thanks! No it is not the northern lights. This view is to east and the sun was about to rise. I didn´t see the sun at all as there were some fog clouds in south and the sun was behind the hills. From the hill tops it would have been possible to see the sun today.

This was the view to south at the same. (I had to edit it as the original was too dark)

Quite easily. You just put enough clothes on when you go out. :lol:

This morning it's -14.
