Support team doesen't work !!!!

Do you think that in the future will be possible to delete ourselves notes?
I have about 10 notes with very strange serial number due at inversion number, I asked months ago to delete this notes but at today nothing, If would be possible for me to delete this notes I would solved my problems!!

Sorry, there's currently a long backlog of messages to be processed, yours is probably one of them.

Such frustrations may be understandable but we should also thank the support team for the time and efforts they sacrifice for all of us. For the supportive work they sacrifice their spare time which they certainly may spend for other things and people.

Of course, from time to time feedbacks about our needs and wishes should be passed on to Avij & Co; it might give priorisation a new direction but please keep it smooth. Let's encourage and not discourage them!
