Yesterday I got a :note-5: that had a round stamp on the front, that looked like a palmtree. It could have been some kind of logo (from a disco or the like), but I didn't recognize it and it had no additional information next to that.
Anyway, I made a comment about it when entering the note.

I also found a stamped one "VERIFICATO I.V.R.I - TORINO". The note is from a supermarket in Cassano d'Adda in Italy.

I got today a 50 € note (V-series) and it had two small stamps on both sides and it said: "Cambios Dinash". I guess it's spanish.

Nice pictures but who make that kind of stamps on the notes?

Seen a few of similar ones also in the past. Not the star one, but the round ones. I have no idea what they are. Maybe they are somekind of old stamps some banks still use (for some reason) to mark the most upper note in a bundle. I have no idea, so I'm just guessing.

I've here a five euronote with on the backside the following stamp. The first letter is not readable but I think it should be "S" and than the stamp is:SECURITY

I'll ask my son to make a picture of the note and then I'll show it to you.
