You are absolutely right ! The first charge starts in VA0300 = A6 and ends in VA0359 = I1.
Unlike index 2, which represents the entire 2002 generation, I hadn't planned to publish the incomplete EUROPA page any time soon.
The reason is as follows:
Unfortunately, I've ‘overwritten’ the EUROPA page I've known until now with a mistake and no way of getting back...
I do see one advantage, however, and that is to make the progress of our research into this continental currency available to everyone.

Now to my second question:

E001/EA M. D. 54 billets / A1 et I6 De A1 à I6 95

I know that our fellow giulcenc lists E/E as starting at EA0027 — but I have never seen any E/E in the first presumptive cycles (not in EA0000 to EA0026, of course, but also not EA0027-EA0080, EA0081-EA0134, etc., all 1+5 cycles apparently inexistent up to EA0296).

On EBTCheck's database, only 16 notes are scattered along the range up to EA0296. All other cycles have a median of 4000+ notes, with a mimimum of 1500 per cycle. Furthermore, there are also zero notes under EA0297 on Eurotracer. So I presume that those 16 notes on EBTCheck are just errors (possibly wrong denomination).

In sum: I believe E/E starts at EA0297, not EA0027.

If I am correct, then 95 million E001 notes must be overcalculated. In fact, here is what I can derive from the 400k+ notes EA001-EA004 on EBTCheck's database (amounts in million notes):

E001: 88
E002: 157
E003: 151
E004: 155

The total sum of these figures (551 million notes) is also aligned with the amount expected for the known 102 complete cycles (550,8 million).

Final note: I still haven't checked if all cycles are complete, in fact, but I have already spotted some missing ranges. For example, on cycle 18 (EA0945–EA0998), serials from EAnnnn10 to EAnnnn19 are missing from both EBTCheck and Eurotracer, making me think that they were never issued. This represents a gap of 540k notes. I am not sure if they were destroyed (most likely) or have been idling in some vault all these years waiting to be put in circulation.

I may study these gaps on another day. And the total amounts can then be corrected to a little less than my figures above.

EDIT: well, I thought of a fast way to check this, so here are the results (accounting for big gaps only, of at least 10k sheets, or 540k notes):
There are other, smaller gaps. I suspect those are notes that were sent to countries where there aren't enough EBTors.

If these gaps really correspond to notes that were destroyed, then the totals should be recomputed as follows:

E001: 87
E002: 155
E003: 151
E004: 155

This might be too tedious for the majority of EBTors in the forum but, after all, the current topic is Guy Sohier's "Les Eurobillets" site… Anyway, I would love to know the techniques you, dear Guy, use to compute the totals. Feel free to message me in private if you find it way too specific.

your approach to calculating ticket quantities is rigorous, but too categorical in my opinion !
Several years ago I was in contact with someone working at Chamalières.
I was surprised by the official ECB figures (for certain issues) and by the observation of the extreme numbers.
This person told me that the rate of counterfeit notes was a "top secret".
First and foremost, I have been trying for a long time to prove the rarity of certain unobtainable combinations by my valuations.
I don't claim to do anything other than help collectors, researchers and encoders to make sense of this multitude of continuous printings.
The figures you suggest for the 10€ E / E are very close to mine, while admitting that the 1st charge certainly does not leave EA0027.
The difference between 156 and 155 (E002), 153 and 151 (E003) etc etc is (excuse me) so derisory that it can make readers smile...
I'd like to conclude with a very positive comment on your very precise research, which helps researchers by refining the potential figures for the various draws.
But it is sometimes difficult, because there are so many mistakes and typos on all the Eurobank note registration forms !!
(You have to constantly distinguish between what is possible and what is not.)

Here comes a new find:
Usually, when my passengers come from outside euroarea with uncirculated or 2002 banknotes, I ask where they have them from, which city or which previous trip. But in this case I can't tell where it came from. Got it as change at a gas station where I usually heat up my lunch and buy some "complement" when I work at the airport. It happens to be the last gas station before the airport, so many tourists fill up the tanks of their rental cars before returning them. Meaning I'm pretty sure that this banknote comes from a tourist.

I have got two tickets which are E015A6 and E015B6.
I think there should be 54 notes from A1 to I6.

This is new in the EN series.
Your two notes clearly indicate a change in the format of the printed sheet.
Apparently only E012 to E014 had 45 notes per sheet...
