The most probable reason is that your ISP (or some webmail service you're using) is blacklisted. I am awaiting an article on next Saturday's newspaper in English and another on Sunday in a newspaper in Maltese. (I hope I was on time to do some amendments on this one, as I have sent the article last August).

I expect another interview in a Maltese newspaper tomorrow, however, the journalist forwarded the amendments late and the article will bear statistics related to last August unfortunately.
