Today I got a Slovenian 5c in change from the snack machine at work
(I have now forgiven the machine for having eaten my change a few times)
It's the first Slovenian coin I have gotten in circulation...(I already have a complete set, but I had a little help from my friends
... who even after a week of holiday in Slovenia hadn't been able to put a full set of "local" coins together, until their last day there when they found a bored cashier in a shop who went through her entire till to pick out and exchange all the Slovenian coins!)

-during a stay in Slovenia, already got a 50c as change on a german highway-station near the austrian border and also found totaly 2x10c when checking lots of circulated mintrolls here but TODAY is the very first day I got a slovenian coin from normal circulation in my region - it's a 2007-dated 2c

Yesterday, 10 April 2009, I also got my second 
Slovenian coin, a €2 coin from 2007, received at my workplace in 
Kallithea, Attica, Greece. Considering it is 27 months since Slovenia adopted the euro, this is definitely not a high rate of occurence...

Two weeks ago, the drink's machine didn't work fine and it took my money without giving me the drink
Today I've seen the person who manages the machines and I asked him for my money. He has opened the machine and he has given me 70 cent: 
50 cent and 20 cent It's not shiny at all 
I also have a Maltese shiny 10 cent I received at the newspaper shop last year (Sep/Oct 2008).
