I suspect that they are of the same family (maybe parent/child or siblings?). For a period Jawos had a user name written in thai (?) letters. I don't think that they are suspicious; their hits should just be moderated as those look "family/friend friendly". There are four hits at the same time (all 0 km, 2011-08-28 08:59:02) or three hits (all 7 km, 2011-09-17 12:40:37) and strangely enough, the automoderation hasn't worked here.

next month i go to cyprus , so i was looking that there are many hits. I found something strange in the hits of city paphos. check 2011-04-05
