I tried to help, by finding the coordinates, but then I got a difficulty: the postcodes in Greece consit of 5 figures, not 4. And 7542 can't be the first figures, because the numbers jump from 74100 onto 80100
.
If it's Kallithea (near Athens), the postal code can be between 17671 and 17676.
According Google maps there's also a Kallithea near Thessaloniki (with postal code 54500).
EDIT: according wikipedia, there's a
municipality on the island of Rhodes which is called Kallithea. But the postal code of this village is 85100. I also found this at google maps: the coordinates of this place are
36.348038 N, 28.170319 E
Allthough neither postal code looked right, I personally think the last one would be most probably the ment Kalithea (because it's an holiday-resort-area (the beach of Falirakion belongs to it) and it's a dutch guy, so most likely he is on holidays).

The City 21500 Saint-Rémy in France is not the same Dot/City profile like:

but is it normal there are still lines going to the old locations so for every hit i now have 2 lines

the hits now got only 1 line agen but they are back to the old ( bad ) location

This town does not exist. It is the name of a bridge between the 2 parts of Flevoland, Netherlands.
Postalcode is (often) that of the town of Nagele.
