Putting the flag of their country is a good idea, it's easier to find which users are Portuguese.
You can do the same for European users.

I couldn't resist, when i saw the 4 users from the non-Euro-countries to put the flag there and i knew, that this question would come. But - as already mentioned here- since the nationality didn't mean anything to the "Ladies", i will not publish any flags at my normal Cleaning-postings.

Milans seems to have a special history. his comment mentions "DAB", which stands for "ATM", and we have only a very limited amount of ATM giving in France and when they provide , these bills are 99% brand-new.

I know personally this user as he is working in my company. In the beginning he had no internet access and has been writing down in a diary his bills. Now and then he gave me this diary and I created his account in order to keep his bills separate from mine. This has been going on for a couple of years, but I admit that I have been lazy in registering his bills. About three weeks ago I showed him how to register the bills and he has started registering the bills from his diary. Now, the comments for his bills say that he is registering with a shift in time. Some hits can be reversed. Once he is finished with his diary, his registration will become normal.

I put my personal responsibility on the trust on this new user.
