Hi, I am new to EBT, and I was browsing the forum. But I was confused in why this hit would be strange ?
when I spend 5 euro for example at the local shop, and someone else shops there the next day, someone you don't know.
And he gets the 5 euro.. Is this suspicious then?
I mean, it seems logic that you get hits with persons living near you.. rather then persons living 100 km away...
Can someone please explain this?
Srry if this seems stupid, or noobish, just trying to understand...
Kind regards
Kevin

@kevinmichiels: Beginner's luck does happen. It only doesn't happen very often, so it does seems surprising that someone who entered some notes, more than 10 years ago, enters a new note which then accidently ends up being a hit. The more likely explanation is, lvp entered a note, told ex-magician of his new hobby, which reminds ex-magician of his old, sleeping account, and he enters the hit note to know what it's like to have a hit. It doesn't help, that either one entered a comment in the comment field.
So maybe, yes, we're to suspicious. Maybe ex-magician entered few notes, but at a steady pace, long before this hit occurred, we don't have that information (the cleaning ladies do), but it would make this hit less suspicious.
Now, if it is deemed uninteresting, the entries aren't scrapped, the hit is just moderated. Unless the volunteer force mentioned above finds more disturbing information, of course.
