It seems that Germany has already designed the coin for Bremen in 2010! Soo soon Is great!

I think it is a very nice coin. I like such coins with small details and a sober background. (as, for instance, the 2007 of the Bundesländerseries)

Don't think that design is anything official. The buildings that will be depicted on the coins are already known indeed, even for the last pieces in that series: Wartburg (Eisenach) for Thuringia 2020, Sanssouci Castle (Potsdam) for Brandenburg 2021 ...

As for when the "look" is decided upon, well, the designs of the 2007-2009 coins were chosen in April 2006. Maybe the jury does something like that next year too, I have no idea. What we do know is that the Bremen coin will depict the Rathaus (city hall and state parliament) and the "Roland" statue. But what the coin will actually look like is not known yet.

What will the Berlin coins look like? Will it be the Brandenburger Tor or the eagle from the parliament house?

According to the issue schedule, the Berlin piece will come in 2018 and feature Charlottenburg castle. That could still change of course, and who knows, maybe they will put their Brandenburg Gate on the coin. Using a federal symbol (eagle) on a coin honoring a state would not be a good idea - but this way we could indeed save the money for a design competition.

Actually a bear somewhat in the style of the eagle would look kinda funky in a 2€ coin

Yeah, maybe a polar bear ...

All states will be represented by "prominent" buildings. Unesco world heritage sites are apparently preferred, but that is not a must. However, no coat of arms or logo or anything like that.
