Another small suggestion: In the hits overview the flag should have a tooltip with the name of the country it stands for. It's not always obvious to tell which country was involved, especially for those rare hits from non-euro countries.
Right now there's no way to tell for sure which countries are involved, unless you know the flags or can tell from the map.

Ok, correction to my suggestion: Apparently the problem is caused by the fact that the alt-tags are only enclosed in single quotes instead of the standard double quotes, so my browser (Firefox 1.0) doesn't recognize them.
IMO this is something that could (and should) easily be fixed

Hm, my recollection from the HTML spec is that both the single and double quotes can be used. As a matter of fact, using the alt attribute for tooltips is against the specification, although I'm aware that MSIE and other browsers will happily pop up a tooltip when they encounter an alt attribute. The alt text should only be used when the image can't be displayed, and you can see the flags alright, correct? There's a very long discussion about this at Bugzilla.Nerzhul wrote:Ok, correction to my suggestion: Apparently the problem is caused by the fact that the alt-tags are only enclosed in single quotes instead of the standard double quotes, so my browser (Firefox 1.0) doesn't recognize them.
The title attribute can be used for those cases where a tooltip is desired. I've changed the site a bit so that the title is shown for most of the images.

Hmmm, as far as I remember all browsers I encountered so far were displaying the alt tag as tooltips (even the good old Netscape Navigator 3.x
), but I may be wrong.
Anyway, the titles are working, although they're still in finnish...

Really minor inconsistency: on Statistics tab 3 (Interesting Hits) my flag titles are shown in Portuguese although all others are in English. (My EBT pages are in English, and I'm running Firefox with [pt] and then [en] in my Language Settings, Western ISO 8859-1.)avij wrote:I've changed the site a bit so that the title is shown for most of the images.
I have PM'med this to avij already earlier , not only the amount of referers one has but also the total quantity of notes and hits they have , including eventually rankings..alex77r wrote:Concerning referers, would it be possible to add a sentence like this :
You have (total number of your referers) referers
And maybe, later, a ranking for people who have referers...
He answered me it wouldn't be that hard to do so perhaps in a new up-date this feature will be in.. I hope so with now 589 refs..

Nice work, seeing euros by your avator. Now you can see who's here the most and who is just a visitor. Great work, Avij?!

Those euros are a nice thing, but why-o-why to limit them to around 1000 messages posted. That's so little...
