, there is an ATM in Sarayönü Caddesi that has Turkish Liras, Euros, Dolars and Pounds.

Update: In Turkey is too easy to obtain € in most of the cities: just look for atms from TEB and HSBC.

Today i discovered An Atm in Londen Victoria national express ARRIVALS (not very logical). It is accessible for everyone. Atm is From Raphael's Bank. No commission costs. 500 EUR costs 500 EUR. Machine dispenses only .20s. All common cards are accepted.

i was in a bad mood after my ferry was delayd on friday ( at that time already saterday ) to make it worse dover travel canter was closed and i waned to use the atm ( and toilet )

still in need off a toilet i made a stop at the next service station , when comming out of the toilets my eye droped on an atm marked " euro's only " so at the end i found a new atm and even a hit https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=115634541" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My experiences in Sweden:

Almost all (large) towns have ATMs that claim to dispense Euros. However most of the times (at least) one of these is true:
A) Only accepts Swedish bank cards
B) Temporarily out of Euros

I managed to get a few notes, from ATMs at these two locations:
Uppsala: Swedbank ATM, Stora Torget
Linköping: Swedbank ATM, on/near the corner of Storgatan and Repslagaregatan

They calculated a relatively high rate of Kronor to the Euro (in this case just below 9), and then charged my account in Kronor. I think in total, I paid (edit) under 4 euro to withdraw (total) 60 euro.

I admit not to have read the 12 pages of this topic: so, I have two questions to whom who already travelled to Gibraltar:
1. Are there any atm delivering € in Gibraltar?
2. Is € largely accepted in shops and restaurants/caffe-bar, and if yes, is there return money in €?

Answer to question 1: when my parents were there they only found an ATM giving pounds. However, there might be an ATM (or a few) that give euros.
Answer to question 2: yes and yes!

Not in all shops you will get back € and they will not take smaller coins
