I beg to differ. One day the donation box will be emptied, and the bill goes back into circulation. To be honest, I find it quite interesting to see how long a bill stays in a donation box: should I ever find ths bill I know it has been in one and the same donation box for at least 3 months!

I am 100% with Elmo.

For me, Public Serial means anybody could find it on the web/TV advertisments/magazines/newspaper/whatever without actually seeing the real note (which may no longer exists), and inventing its location.

Please moderate every hits with 640LL between note https://de.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=142255467 and note https://de.eurobilltracker.com/notes/?id=142256912 included. Why every notes? That's location faking from 640LL! I'm going to explain it in the "suspicious users" topic.

Is it possible to automatically moderate a future hit with those notes and 640LL?

Ok it's the same users, the same city, but the places are not the same
the note number one is from a bank and the note number two is from a Mc Donald's

For me it's interesting (of course )
