Is it not possible to get a "city" with deleted banknotes; so that if (s)he enters the same banknotes there is an easy deletable hit. In the comment the date when the banknoted was deleted and who was the "owner". I mean; the banknote can really be found by someone else.

I have reason to believe the cleaning girls already keep an (off line) database of deleted notes.
