You are absolutely right! It is a colleague of mine, who supplied notes to me in the past. She has now decided to create an own account (I already put in request to add this user as referral), so I will put no notes from her in the future anymore, as I know you should not enter notes when you know for sure it was already entered.

This note should be the only one that is causing a hit (although I actually had this note in my hands when entering), but you can marked it as 'not interesting'
