Well, I DID find a place called Quarters in Ghana and because there's a border drawn here, it looks like a independent city.

But I didn't find any other text confirming it.......

But if it's not correct, the "Q" isn't found, so than we would continue with "R" also (I didn't find this, too.........).

Ahh yes. Sorry. I didnt go through all 113 pages and also saw the subject - cities- worldwide.
