The advanced form has been slightly redesigned, cleaned up and restructured. It now features some elements from the beginner and expert form and should ease the transition for new users from EBT newby to manic bankrobber. ;-)

In other news, you may have noticed a small change to the design. The footer is now fixed to the bottom of the screen so the big dark blue area is gone when there's not much vertical content. (See http://twitpic.com/5pe8he" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

Can you remove the text at above the input field on the expert form? This text is also present on the advanced form, so all users progressing through the options will know how to use the input field.
It is uncessary on the expert form and clutters the page. I wouldn't be an expert if I didn't know how to use that field.

I was going to suggest moving it below the input field, but the text (almost exactly the same text) is already there, under 'Help'.

So it is! I didn't even notice that (there you see, but things down below and they don't bother people). That makes it also completely useless.
That helptext was added when this form was new. It is still usefull of course. But now that I compare the expert with the advanced a bit more: the advanced form has the option to show and hide the help text (there is as small + on the side) and it is hidden by default.

So my suggestions:
- on the advanced form: move the text which is now above the import field to the help below the import field
- on the export form: either remove the text above the import field alltogether, or replace the help text below the import field with this text, and add a button to hide the help text and have it hidden by default.

I guess you're right, the help text has been shortened in the expert form.

Can you add an "Import"-Form?

At the moment we can import notes in the "Advanced"- and "Expert"-Form.
But it is not very comfortable.
Scroll down to the "Import note data"-field and copy my note data in this field.
Press the "transfer"-button
Scroll up to check if all notes were accepted
if everything is okay
scroll down and press the "ok"-Button

maybe the items can be sort in a better order.

South Sudan was added to the list of countries. Time to plan your holidays in Juba and go dothunting! :-)

I had to unbook my plane, because I noticed the country profile isn't working yet:
http://eo.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?country=South%20Sudan wrote:Vi celis vidi profilon, kiu ne ekzistas.
(= "You looked for a profile, which does not exist").

Also, in the drop-down menu I don't see the localized name, but the English name ("South Sudan"). Could this be a caching problem?

> Edit: the localized name appeared in the drop-down menu; also, I think the country profile seems to "not exist" because nobody entered notes from there. I see this is also the case, for example, of Liberia. So probably there's no malfunction there. ;)

The best you can do is to post this in this topic.
Those who are pointing the dots look in that topic (and if you give the coordinates of the spot you got these notes, it can be done quickly).

I'd suggest putting another "Ok" button above the list of notes. So the workflow (for both you and me at least) would be: copy-paste data, click on "Transfer", slowly scroll up while checking the list, then click the upper "Ok" button.

The site of Eesti Post (Estonian Postal Service) is missing in the links Finding postal codes.

I second this suggestion.

That is what I do also. I use the Advanced and not the expert mode, as there is an OK button on top of the advanced page.
