Wimpy2005 (ratio 1:7) has been mentioned here several times, but I doubt any of his hits with Karin62 have yet been moderated.
Three new hits in 24h, one of which traveled 446km in 2 days time...

Friendly hits made by other users get moderated correctly (for example: all hits between Kobe12 and Eurotracker1738).

But for some reason Wimpy2005 can just go on, that's not really fair.

The only three

Jxxxxx / Sxxxx7399xxx that have been reported as public serials (that I know of) are from a stock photo that can be found on Alamy (stock photography website). Its author is the Italian photographer Mirko Leoncini (aka Ghigomeg). These notes belong to a large series of consecutive serial numbers Sxxxx7398xxx-Sxxxx7399xxx, of which I just found a different photo by the same author on a different stock photography website. I have now reported as public serials two other ones from the same sequence that can be found on that photo. These photos are from 2014/06/06.

The EBTor who first registered that (quadruple-hit) banknote in 2015-01-25 is mirko78. He's registered as being from Sant'Agostino (Ferrara). The photographer Mirko Leoncini is working at Genova. In spite of sharing the same name, it's probably not the same person, if I would be asked to guess.

Of course, if it was bought on eBay it may well have been a public serial before being bought but, even if it was public, it was not detected by the EBT team.
