When GBS takes the notes home and circulates them there, it is not unusual for a neighboring power tracker to find it again.

Not only that: eduardotc1970 (https://es.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?user=217086) got his only 5 hits between yesterday and today. The three that you mention were with Ulietssesc (https://es.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?user=217916), who has only those three notes introduced, and from three different cities.
