Belgian user odiel seems to enter a collection or has other access to old 2002 design notes (and has hits with these). While they seem to be genuine entries, I doubt that one can still obtain that many old design notes in :flag-be: .

I see that all eduardotc1970's previous hits have already been moderated and do not appear on their profile: it is a pity because there were two triple hits that were coming from Germany and Netherlands, where the first hit seemed to be truth... but I imagine that it cannot be moderated just the second hit in both cases for keeping the first one visible.
