Myriad of users with single hit and only few notes. It's either fake users or Public serial. If has been reported and not moderated for being genuine, them I am sorry.

Still daily creation of new user accounts in Zimbabwe with rubbish names, location and zip codes like mentioned here:

The nonsense on October 3rd, 2022. Nobody of them since than has entered a single note. Looks to me it is all the same person behind it.

I would even go so far as to automatically delete all accounts with 0 notes from the system after 100 or 365 days, since it is not expected that anything else will be entered.

This is what I also believe should be done. In order to make this happen, I suggest this timeline:

1. Checking if it's easy for the developer(s) to program automatically. (If not, no problem, it can be handled monthly by the database managers.)
   [1a. Optional: if possible, either automatically or manually, creating a grace period (make deletion reversible for, say, 30 days after pruning).]
2. Creating a text that tells users beforehead that this will happen, and when they enter they agree to this. Something like: “Inactive accounts (0 notes entered) may be automatically deleted after 365 days.”
3. Deciding when, where and how should the new users see this message.
4. Approving this text (the BoD, or the Assembly General, should approve the measure and the text).
5. Implementing the procedure.
