As far as I remember Austria's 2005 2€ coin is a "special case". I think I have read somewhere, that in 2005, the CC coin was minted instead of the number of "normal" 2€ coins they could have made instead.
And in fact it is not that rare, so I would have wondered if nobody had mentioned it yet. I suppose, I receive at least one or two every year . Though mostly in quite used condition
