Incorrect dots and inaccuracies among city profiles

38041 Albiano was in the profile of Albiano Magra (ID 1610 < Massa-Carrara < Toscana)

I have created a new profile for 38041 Albiano within the province of Trento.

Russange is not yet in the database. It's located just east of Audun le Tiche, according to Wikipedia on 49.4817°N and 5.9542°E.

Tiiriö Hämeenlinna (the dot for Tiiriö is located within the post code area 13130, but the only user who entered notes in Tiiri/Tiiriö seems to have been using the post code 13600)

Several post code areas around Tornio were renamed by Suomen Posti on 2010-02-01. The post codes remained unchanged:

I like to clean up, but I don't touch Finnish profiles, since it is not clear to me how the Finnish users

In Germany there are clear rules. It seems to me that in Finland there aren't.

Gibraltar should be assigned to some division of the United Kingdom, so it doesn't appear as an unassigned city under Spain.

Similarly, the Vatican City country should be created in the city manager with only one division (cities), having Vatican City assigned to it, so it doesn't appear as an unassigned city under Italy and Spain.

I've seen that have been entered some notes in Willelmstadt in Curaçao, but actually it is not present the list of the provinces of Nederlands, this is what I have understood now for the former Ned. Antillen: they have become a commune of Nederlands, right?

The country of Nederlandse Antillen has ceased to exist on 10-10-2010.

The islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba were changed into special municipalities which are added to the country The Netherlands. These are now known as Caribisch Nederland and this is added to the Dutch provinces as extra province.

The islands of Curaçao and Sint Maarten got the same status as Aruba. Aruba was changed in 1986 into a country within the kingdom of the Netherlands.

The four parts of the Kingdom—Aruba, Curaçao, the Netherlands, and Sint Maarten—are referred to as "countries", and participate on a basis of equality as partners in the Kingdom.

There is still no solution for special territories like these. Other examples of such locations that cannot be assigned to levels in City Manager are Gibraltar, Greenland and the French, British and American overseas territories.
