The official page of the municipality is in Slovenian only, but here is a website with a lot of tourist information about Tolmin and surrounding areas:
Tolmin - Kobarid: Land of Living Water
It's in Slovenian, English, German and Italian.
The town also hosts the annual Metalcamp

Only in Dutch and Frisian (sorry) , but there are touristic sites in Dutch,German, English as well.
If you like sailing/watersports and nice terraces at the waterside (middle of the village) .........visit us sometime in the summer, you will like it !!!!
