It would be good idea to ask bank officer to change notes and explain, why do you want to change them and tell something about EBT. Osuuspankki bank in Munkkivuori (Raumantie 1, Helsinki) changed notes with me without having account in their bank about two years ago, but then they said, that I should have account in their bank. Nowadays there are different officers and one of they knows about my hobby, EBT. So you can ask from there or some other Osuuspankki bank, but best chances you have in somewhere else than Helsinki. Good luck
