I just got a PM from fcbruges, with the note info and source.
( I just entered it on the Public Serial account, so don't bother)
He is right, there's a picture of the note, and it has been found in IT.

i am very curious as to where these notes are pooling. maybe you can get a hint from the internet source where the photo was taken?

A L10??/E011D1 has been reported on the Dutch forum this morning by jrnsndrs (in the Netherlands too)

Guy posted this sheet in his webpage some days ago... and now it has been reported in Spanish forum.

That explains why in Spain we are some sheets of Italian :note-50:s behind, we print :note-50:s! The highest shortcode here for
J is J078H5, and last Saturday I claimed a Spanish record with a J073C2.
