It's a country that uses the euro, mints its own euro coins etc. So it is not Montenegro, Kosovo,...

OK, but Vatican, Monaco, San Marino and now Andorra, even if they are allowed to mint € coins they do not belong to the Eurozone.
They just have a monetary agreement.
Isnt the Eurozone just the 18 Member-states that use the €?

Following the definition of the European Commission, I have to admit that you're absolutely right! Only members of the EU can belong to the Eurozone, and neither VAT, MC, RSM nor AND belong to the EU. But to be honest, wouldn't it be more confusing if I had put 'Eurozone' in red? :wink:
