The text says Beatrix Koningin der Nederlanden (Beatrix Queen of the Netherlands, same as on all Dutch coins) with left of it her portrait, on the right you can see Erasmus writing something. On the edge of the coin there is the text GOD ZIJ MET ONS (God be with us, as always on Dutch €2 coins)
Honestly I must say that he has an ugly face .
I can add that the actual reason for the coin is the 500th anniversary of Lof der Zotheid (The Praise of Folly)
