I've been trying to access Message in a Bill for the past few days, with no success (the URL is reachable but the service is not there). My guess is they've taken the site down as not to be seen as cash use advocates during the current crisis.

Good to see a quid-sterling bill tracker again.
They use the word "sighting", which is interesting - reminds me of discussions in the Portuguese-language forum about possible translations of the word "hit" ("aparição" was one of them, which is a possible translation of "sighting", but it's most often used in contexts discussing supernatural phenomena - a "miracle" or an "apparition" 
).
