The Finnish ones:
At the introduction of euro: 20mk (3,36€). Some 10 years before: 10mk (1,68€).
It was funny visiting France in summer 2004, because all prices were still also in francs, which pretty much equaled the Finnish mark :)

Ok the 10 F disappear before the start of euro. But they had exist !
