Is it possible to buy a Dvorzak keyboard? My computer can recognise it?

On the article, it's said that Dvorzak keyboard is not so good for non-english languages:
The keyboard language problem has two parts:
Non-English languages often use special characters and diacritical marks that almost never appear in English. English Dvorak keyboard layouts don't support these language features as readily as a language-specific layout, if at all.
While it seems likely that the benefits of Dvorak make it superior to QWERTY-derived layouts for many languages, the fact remains that it was designed for English-language typists. Others would probably benefit even further from a layout similarly optimized for their own language.

At my work we sometimes 'take over' another PC using a program called PC Anywhere. I've connected to Belgium sometimes and the problem is that you have a QWERTY keyboard but because you take over that belgian PC, it assumes an AZERTY keyboard.
Hee hee - I work for the company that make that product

Hmm, how do you get a € sign? On the Irish keyboard it is Alt Gr + 4
Actually, the only difference I know of between the Irish and UK keyboard is that on the Irish one pressing Alt Gr with a,e,i,o or u will give you á, é, í, ó, ú.

€ = altgr + e on PC AZERTY keyboard
$ and £ are on the same key next to the return key on PC. On the Mac (E-Book) with AZERTY keyboards £ has been remplaced by € on this key
