Today, Belga, the national newsagencie issued a newsreport about EBT. Several newspaper talk allready about EBT on their websites today.
Tomorrow EBT will be mentioned in the papers in Belgium...

@de-jo: That image is crazy! What does it mean? Why there are is that old man and why there is a bunch of notes - many not even euros?

I think this is the image of a heavy user EBT'er. As he is many hours in front of his PC entering notes, his personal look is not so important for him and he hasn't much time to care for himself. 
Serious now, I have no idea why the journalist used this picture. The picture was NOT issued with the press article from Belga, but is from the newspaper itself.
